Many people may disagree with raising the minimum wage, but the truth is that it should be raised. Although there are many reasons to keep a minimum wage of 7.25, there are also many reasons why it should be raised. There will be societal and economic benefits, it will also help families with children and families with children. Raising does not only specifically help those in poverty, it helps everyone.
