On November 19th, Mr. Grey Dyess presented a speech to persuade the audience to use guns for classroom defense. The speech was well delivered, but unfortunately Grey used unreliable sources and had very little support to back up his argument. The initial argument was good, but it was a little difficult to follow, the preview of his main topics were very unclear. In this essay I will critique Mr. Dyess’ delivery, support, and organization. Grey’s speech was delivered well, although it was delivered two weeks late. His visual elements fell a little short. He wore a nice, clean button-down shirt and nice clean pants, but he wore tennis shoes with bright orange shoe strings that were quite distracting. Mr. Dyess offered the audience very little
