1.1. Explain the structure and the function of the main cellular components:
All the living organisms are made from the same building blocks, the cell. We can find cells everywhere, in our hair, in our skin, in our blood, under our nails. Cells define who we are. Cells contribute to the entire make up of our human body. “Everything you'll ever need to know is within you; the secrets of the universe are imprinted on the cells of your body. But you haven't learned how to read the wisdom of the body” (Milaman,D. 1998). Nobody knows with certitude how many cells are in the human body, but the estimative count is between

The nuclear envelope has the function to protect the nucleus from the rest of the cytoplasm in the cell, and it is made from two membranes, the outer membrane and the inner membrane. Nucleolus it is the largest structure in the cell’s nucleus. The main function of the nucleolus is to make ribosomes. The pore is small channels through the nuclear envelope. They allow for smaller molecules to pass through such as messenger RNA molecules, but keep larger DNA molecules inside the nucleus. Ribosomes are made inside the nucleus and sent outside the nucleus to make proteins Nucleoplasm is the liquid that fills the inside of the nucleus. Chromatin are composed of proteins and DNA. They organize into chromosomes prior to the cell dividing.
The main function of the nucleus is storing the heredity material in the form of deoxy-ribonucleic acid (DNA) strands. It stores proteins and ribonucleic acid (RNA) in the nucleolus. Another important function of the nucleus is synthetizing proteins, cell division, growth differentiation and the production of
