This movie (“12 0’ clock High) is all about leadership, and that can be justified as the main theme of the movie. This movie shows the difficulty of leadership, and it shows the pros and cons of leadership, the different types of leadership (which we’ll talk about later on in the paper), and how crucial leadership is to a team. This movie also teaches aviation pursuing teens and adults about how we should act as leaders and followers in aviation.
This movie starts off with U.S. Army Air Forces officer Harvey Stovall (who is an important man in this film) looking at the Toby Jug in the window of a London antique shop , which he learns comes from Archbury (a base that he served at with the 918th Bomb Group in

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, General Savage can be defined as at first being a mix between Autocratic,
Laissez- Faire, and Bureaucratic styles (at points) when he first arrived to the base, but overtime he became like Davenport and showed Democratic type leadership. Some ways they could have been better leaders is to only occasionally take breaks and give other pieces or responsibility to the group, and to be able to know where to draw the line with their emotional attachments
