12:30pm- IRTC spoke to CPS, Angelina Roberts, who reported that visits were made to the case address and to the daycare by NYCACS and NYPD at different times on 12/11/17. CPS stated that the subject child was observed at his residence with the reported injury and medical documentation was observed which states that the subject sustained a burn on his hand. CPS indicated that a visit was made to the daycare and there is a heating duct on the wall close to the area of the floor where the child was reportedly placed for “tummy time.” CPS uttered it was reported that the child rolled over on his stomach and his hand might have come into contact with the metal portion of the heading duct resulting in the injury being sustained.
