In the 21 day challenge I did a lot of things, my challenge was eating healthy no junk food for 21 days. At first it was good to be eating healthy and not eating junk food because it felt better. What motivated me to do this challenge was I wanted to feel better and healthier. I wanted to eat good and just become a better person. The challenge was somewhat difficult throughout the weeks because of junk food and other things that weren’t aloud in the challenge. The challenges I had in this challenge were that there was junk food I wanted or food I wanted that I could not eat or drink at the time.Also another thing is that I ate something that I wasn’t supposed to eat because of the challenge and I had forgotten.
