The 2nd Marine Division is a division of the United States Marine Corps and is the ground combat element of the II Marine Expeditionary Force and is based in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The 2nd Marine Division’s motto is “Follow me!” meaning they are proud to pave the way for many others to follow. With its motto, the 2nd Marine Division has incorporated the Marine Corps’ core values, which include honor, courage, and commitment. The 2nd Marine Division has been first on the ground in many combat zones around the world for many, many years.
