The United State criminal justice system was created to serve and protect his people. One way the system has chosen to continue protecting his innocent people is by imprisonment of individuals who break the laws. My philosophy statement is on the importance of opposing the “3 strike law” and proving rehabilitation programs rather than imprisonment.
The United State prisons are overcrowded, and it cost a fortune to build one prison. Many individuals are arrested and jailed who shouldn’t be due to the 3 strikes law. The 3 strikes law was created to keep track of criminals and control crimes in society.
