I was well prepared for the presentation, as I had set up notes on what I was going to talk about, and was able to go into depth about my paper. When it was my turn to go, I was able to inform my group of my paper and what it was about, which they were receptive of. 2) How well did you address the questions posed from your team mates? 2/2 …show more content…
I answered this by talking about the unique developmental circumstances that youth are in unlike adults, and the consequences that incarceration can have on future recidivism on youth. I also stated how restorative justice has been shown to decrease recidivism better for violent youth better than incarceration, and that like Ryan Aldridge and Katy Hutchison, it can be a much better outcome to all the parties involved, rather than incarceration.
Another question was: Should it be used for all violent youth
