My review has tried to touch every corner and details and provide broad view of the research in the area on text messaging during simulated driving including the limitation as well as advantage of research to the society. This review provides important improvement in the policy or the technology which can be used to save lives of the millions how lost their life in vehicle accident due to distraction mainly due to the use of cell phone. Messaging is very popular in the young age group and business calls or email response are very popular to the mid age group of the population so few of the steps can be taken and guidelines can be formed for the update in the traffic rules and for the betterment of the society.
