The crusades had a negative point where religions got smaller. Document 6 states that The 4th crusade was a wasteful and destructive event that resulted only in further dividing the christian world.(4th crusade) This is important because the christian world was a strong force and was very powerful but after the fourth crusade it only went down. In document 7 it states “Despite all the effort maintaining the crusader kingdom was difficult” and then “To begin their numbers were small.”.This is interesting because the crusading army was very small but they still made havoc so they were hated by many religions. In conclusion i think that the size of how the religion was is a main reason the crusade were negative.
