George Sand once said “There is only one happiness in this life to love and be loved.” Once again what George Sand said means a lot for some people because he would rather be with people he loves than being alone with a lot of money. Money comes and goes, but happiness will stay in a person’s heart. Money can buy everything people want, but it will absolutely not buy happiness.
It can be argued in the play A Christmas Carol: Scrooge and Marley Scrooge thought money can buy happiness.For example Bob is in the middle class but he is happy with his family he also works for Ebenezer Scrooge. Bob Cratchit states, “Thank you, dear Lord, for your many gifts… our dear children;our wonderful meal; your love for one another; and the warmth of
