Company Description
Tasteful Catering & Barbequing is a new mobile catering business that was started in March of 2012. The company was started in Greenville, NC by four siblings Eric Nowell, Derrick Nowell, Letisha Nowell, and Antonio Nowell. The four started the business because of their passion to cook and a childhood dream of starting their own catering business. It began with the love of cooking that we as a family share and wanting to share the good food made with love we grew up with everyone in the North Carolina and Southeast Virginia. Tasteful Catering was started with the idea in mind that the great taste of NC barbeque should be shared. We worked hard and built upon our dream to have our catering known in the State of North Carolina and Southeast Virginia with hopes of expanding even further out, so that everyone can enjoy fine southern barbeque the way it was meant to be eaten. The company serves families, churches, businesses, and other social organizations. With a population of 9.7 million from east to west NC and 1.6 million in southeast VA they can all enjoy the tastes of North Carolina barbeque. Families, churches, and businesses, will not be the only groups that will have the opportunities to indulge in these tastes. With all of the annual state fairs, county fairs, and festivals that are held each year in the state, Tasteful Catering will be a vendor to give tourists a chance to enjoy NC barbeque and other deliciously prepared dishes. Tasteful Catering & Barbequing will work hard to provide North Carolinians, South East Virginians, and any tourists stopping through the greatest thing they’ve ever tasted. We are sure that the tourists that taste out barbeque will remember and thru word of mouth we will be able to expand our market

This portion of our marketing plan will focus on the strategic planning of Tasteful Catering & Barbequing. It shall layout our mission statement, goals, our advantage over the competition.
Mission Statement We aim to leave our customer so pleased that when they think barbeque they think of Tasteful Catering & Barbeque. We also aim to provide top notch catering through great food and exceptional service. The customer will not have to wait on us but we will be ready and waiting on the customer.
