Generation “Z” insists that they have a voice for themselves. Jenn Little argues that “We’re the youngest generation on the planet, but one of the most talked about, the most complex, and the one with the highest set of expectations.” I agree because in each and every generation, as one moves onto the next, they set higher standards and higher expectations. The most obvious difference about generation “Z” compared to others is our upbringing in the age of technology. Generation “Z” has an increased access to information right at their fingertips.

Along with grades, the large amounts of extracurriculars and volunteering hours convert to college admissions which translates to your “success” in life. Being admitted into a university is already difficult as it is, but the stress of not being admitted is
