A Separate Peace by John Knowles is a fascinating book about a friendship being destroyed by jealousy. The novel deals with the main character’s internal conflict and the consequences he has to learn from. Overall, several lessons can be taken away from this story. A few lessons learned from John Knowles’s, A Separate Peace, are to be a good friend, to be careful about whom you trust, and to accept yourself for who you are.
