The greatest enemy to 4th ABCT's prosperity is not having a brigade vision. The main driver behind the Brigade's low resolve and misgiving towards leadership is a need for characterized objectives, goals, purpose, and reason. Leadership’s purpose and desires are not clear and frequently, NCOs and officers perceive the brigade in a reactive not proactive posture. To a great extent, subsequent to deciding the core of motivated Soldiers inside the brigade, leadership will y need to make extreme choices on evacuating officers and NCOs that are poisonous and resistant to change in order to transform.
