Abraham Lincoln is the 16th president and is known as one of the best presidents that United States has have, leading a country through the Civil War and fighting to end slavery in the U.S. He is known to liberate the slaves and to unite the North and the South at the end of the Civil War.
Born in a log cabin in Hardin County, Kentucky, on February 12, 1809, when Lincoln was seven years old, his family had to move to Indiana since little he had to work to support his family, he was limited to three brief periods in local schools.
