They lead and guide a group of people who are working together to achieve their common goals. In this competitive environment, the organization are seeking for the effective leaders who can help them succeed in achieving their goals and objectives. However, leading groups effectively is actually a remarkable challenge to the leaders (Ricketts & Ricketts, 2011). The changing of environment accelerated throughout the years and the organizations are forced to face those different types of changes (Daft, 2011). Hence, the leaders act as very important role because adaptive leaders can adapt the changes quickly and move forward with precise ways in order to help the organization to become competence.
