Americans are known to have unhealthy diets. They also have the highest obesity rate in the world. The average American diet consists of nothing but carbs, sugar, fat and processed foods. Unhealthy foods are considered to be a part of nearly every americans daily diet. The average American only exercises for about 2 hours a week. Americans are also known to have diseases related to obesity.
Obesity puts one at a higher risk of developing non-communicable diseases such as heart disease , cancer, diabetes, and osteoarthritis. It also increases the risk of cardio-respiratory related death. Obesity causes a higher risk of contracting cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer, which will eventually lead to early deaths. In Egypt obesity is not defined by social class. Fast food in Egypt is considered a luxury that only wealthy people can afford.
