The Native Americans valued animals,tradition,and agriculture. In everyone of the myths they all had some type of animal helping them. All the Natives have some kind of tradition they like to follow by. Agriculture is a big thing with the Native Americans. These three topics all have the Native Americans in common. In the myth “Earth on the Turtle’s back” an animal stated “If we dive down and bring up the Earth, then she will have a place to stand.” The animals are trying to help the lady that fell down and help her get back to the earth.
