Aileen Carol Wuornos was one of America’s most notorious serial killers who killed seven men in Florida between 1989 and 1990. The story of Aileen Wuornos was put him movies, books, songs, and even one opera titled “Americas first female serial killer” Aileen claimed that her victims attempted to abuse her or attempted to rape her, while she was working as a prostitute.
