Throughout the musical Hamilton’s key contributions to America as a Funding Father was highlighted and how that took a toll on his personal life as well. The tone consisted of determination and relentlessness that Hamilton had so that he would be able to leave a profound impact on history. The musical “Hamilton” by Lin-Manuel Miranda uses foreshadowing, repetition, dialogue, double entendre, dramatic irony and rhetorical questions to convey the positive and negative aspects of Hamilton’s life due to his ambition.
