Abounded houses make the most beautiful neighborhoods look horrible. Many owners leave their properties vacant when no is renting, buying or even after a house fire. After a while of having no buyers or renters the owner sometimes leave the properties in very bad shape like not cutting the grass. This can truly overall make the properties look bad. However, the uncut grass is not the only problems that comes with vacant houses. Say for instants a house catches on fire and it is way to expensive to fix so it becomes vacant with all the debris everywhere.
