AME2 Garza has demonstrated he is highly ambitious and has a seemingly endless supply of encouraging leadership energy. AME2 Garza has the positive attitude, professional communication skills, and mental stamina the Navy requires of Special Warfare Operators. AME2 Garza is called the backbone of his severely undermanned shop, even as one of the most junior sailors. He flawlessly prepared his work center for deployment as he is responsible for the transferring of expired ordance, also tracks and maintains several different programs within his work center while meeting workload satisfaction in a haste and calm manner making him vital to mission readiness for VAQ-130. While deployed on USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) he matured tremendously both physically and mentally. With the knowledge of a Second Class Petty Officer, he relentlessly seeks to mentor sailors throughout the entire command, ensuring growth and success amongst his peers.
