Throughout the video the narrator discusses how Amelia was brave and courageous person. According to the video the narrator discusses, "By October of 1922, she was already setting records, becoming the first woman to fly to fourteen thousand feet" (:38). This quote shows that Amelia Earhart was a brave and courageous person because she was the first women to fly to fourteen thousand feet, not knowing what would happen flying so high. Things could happen to her in the air from traveling so high. But she didn't care, she was brave and she flew fourteen thousand feet, later setting a record. Secondly the narrator states, "Her biggest triumph was to be a flight across the world in 1937. After a first attempt in March failed, a second attempt was planned for June" (1:60). This quote proves that Amelia Earhart is brave and courageous because, she tried once and she failed but she tried again. Usually a person wouldn't attempt it, unless they were brave like Amelia.
