3. The President has many ways to use his powers beyond what the Constitution allows. One way is going public and getting the support of the people. This is how he can go around Congress and gain support. A form of this is making special appearances in states for example if he was to have shown up at Joplin, MO and gave a speech. He is trying to gain support from smaller, more personal communities hoping others see how he cares for the people. Another way the President can enforce his power is he can sign off on statements. He can either sign a bill to law or veto it. He can also make changes to it and then sign it, therefore being able to for lack of better words “does what he wants”. The president can also give executive orders. He has the white house staff to gather outside information, give their outlook on situations and figure out a plan that they think is best for the current situation. I personally feel that interacting with the people is the best way because the bottom line is that you have to make the majority of the people happy in order to stay in office. Because if you don’t, you will not be in the office for another term. If it gets really bad and no one really approves of the way you do things, you will be impeached, that is a tough mark to wear.
4. All in all, I personally believe Hamilton would not support the election of judges. The
