Flourishing fields of warm-hued farm land, bustling metropolitan city skylines, small towns with trains traversing through, dense forests rippling filtered light, mountain ranges conversing with the clouds, deserts composed of glistening heat, and vibrant tropical beaches caressing the ocean all exist in America; nevertheless, none of these are what draw attention to our country, none of these are what make it unique and sought after. The United States of America has the most powerful resource, an unparalleled energy, coursing through its boundaries. We have a Pride and a Spirit unseen in known history, propelling us to encounter success and honor. Both these terms can be applied to all citizens; however, each plays its own part in our history. American Pride is felt during any occasion to which one feels the undeniable sensation of being a part in something greater than themselves and any occasion to which one is proud of their actions. When an American feels pride in themselves they are also prideful of their heritage and home. The American Spirit is what moves people take bold steps into unchartered land in order to make a positive change in the world they inhabit and the people who surround
