Amur Leopards are a critically endangered species. They have been estimated about 57 individuals living in the wild and about 200 living in captivity. They have a very light coat of yellow/orange fur. These animals have blue/green eyes and four claws on each foot. Males can weigh up to 75 kg. , while females weigh 25-43 kg. They eat roe deer, sika deer, musk deer, wild boar, and hares. They are carnivores. Amur leopards live in Boreal forests in parts of Canada, Eurasia, and Russia. Their lifespan is 10-15 yrs. in the wild, but 20 or more yrs. in captivity. These leopards give birth at 3-4 yrs. old to about 1-4 cubs. Their mother takes care of the cubs for about two yrs. Amur leopards are being poached by humans because of their beautiful,
