Many people were outraged that so many of the butterflies died during the Damien Hirsst’s butterfly exhibition but I must admit the art that he makes from the wings are beautiful and look like a stained glass windows. But it is rather sad that these butterflies hatch and then die enclosed in a room in one of his exhibitions and are never free in the natural world.
