When I read an excerpt of Dating-ish on Penny's monthly newsletter, I immediately preordered this book. The excerpt was interesting, funny and sexy, I was intrigued and couldn't wait to read this book. I've read majority of the books in the Knitting in the City series, however I've skipped the last couple ones. Which mean I am not too familiar with Marie's personality and character, I vaguely remember Marie from Love Hacked, when she was having some trouble, other than that I didn't really know what to expect when I read this book.
Dating-ish explored some very interesting topics, including the ideal of AI replacing human companions, and other type of social relationship situation. This was interesting for me, as someone who majored Psychology
