It is no secret that every generation has its own characteristics, behaviors, ways of working. Generation Z, or gen z people were born from the late 1990s to 2015. Although, gen z has not been around for very long, we already know that it’s a completely different generation. In the article, “Move Over Millennials, Here Comes Generation Z”, Alex Williams presents the idea that overtime people do not want to admit, but change in every generation can be beneficial to everyone. Personally, I think that generation z is one of the best generations.
