vWhen I started middle school students still took notes by hand, this was at a time where most didn't think of using technology to take notes. Around this time is also when students started to get phones. However, now that I am in high school technology has had a huge impact on students. Now many students tend to take pictures of notes instead of writing them down, or tend to claim that they'll write it down once they’re home which is usually not the case. In the article, “Attention Students, Put Your Laptops Away” by James Doubek talks about how notes by hand is better than typing them.
