Is binge drink in colleges a major problem? Although Froma Harrop and Henry Wechsler understand the problem of binge drinking among students and agree that it can have negative effects, they suggest contrasting solutions to approach the manner. Wechsler’s article “Binge Drinking Must be Stopped” is supported by of his use of persuasive rhetoric, and high standing in the academic community. This gives the readers a real reason to consider his point of view as important. Whereas Harrop article “Stop Babysitting College Students” uses facts, laws, and logos to prove her point.
