Our acts of kindness can inspire others and ourselves to do better in life.. Showing acts of kindness can not only benefit others, but it can benefit you as well. In the article, “Doing Good Does You Good” the author states that “When you help others, it promotes positive physiological changes in the brain associated with happiness.” Helping others or being helped impacts your life in good ways because it makes you feel loved and accepted. An example is, a therapy dog which makes sick patients feel much better either for a short period of time or long.
