In the article, “When Texting is Wrong” by Randy Cohen, the author is discussing the topic of incessant texting and the inappropriate times of which different generations participate in it. In agreement, the younger generation is always on the phone texting whether it is at the dinner table, at school, or even when driving. According to Randy Cohen texting is “a noxious practice that does not merely alter our in-person interactions but damages them” (Cohen). This is true because, younger generations spend so much time texting that the activities and personal conversations going on around them are being ignored. The older generation, particularly does not enjoy texting as a method of communication and would much
