Analyzing Ethan Nadelmann's Speech

What / Content - Ethan Nadelmann is a former professor, now a full time activist. In the speech giving at an official TED conference Nadelmann claims that the war on drugs is causing more harm than good. Then Nadelmann goes on to discuss how drugs are not regulated by their chemical makeup, but by the social group that who use such drugs. After several examples of how drug related incidents are causing more harm than good Nadelmann proposes that all drugs should be regulated and taxed just like alcohol is.
