Introduction The Fantastic Four, the heroes that began the world’s love affair with all things Marvel, have superpowers that make them stand out from everyone else around. They got their powers after being exposed to a huge amount of radiation. They used their powers for the benefit of humanity. By getting these strange superpowers, the became Fantastic Four.

In 1961, Marvel comics published the comic book named Fantastic Four. The two creators were Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.The series departed significantly from previous comic book, plagued by human failings such as self-doubt and jealousy. The Fantastic Four was the first of the Marvel comic books to predict the anticonformist themes soon to become prevalent in the youth culture of the 1960s. The Fantastic Four formed the core of Marvel’s 1960s comic book publishing boom.

One major civil rights movement was the civil rights act of 1964. Fashion was also popular when Marvel first came out with comics. The heros helped soothe people's mind off of existing conflict happening around the world.

Marvel recovered from its economic woes by 2000. There have been numerous attempts to expand the Fantastic Four’s audience through adaptations in various types of media. Four animated television series were produced and video games also featured Fantastic Four. Films were debuted at number 1 in box-office sales but received mostly poor reviews from critics. Fox has began touching up its own movie franchise based on Marvel comics series.
