In this article, Anne-Marie Slaughter, once a professor at Princeton University and Harvard Law School, and now CEO of the New America Foundation, uses personal experiences to develop the argument that women who work and have families have a harder time reaching higher paygrades than that of their male counter parts, and other women that do not have families to factor into their busy schedules.
