The annotated bibliography that I chose from the Bayor text is Zweigenhaft, Richard and G. William Domhoff. Diversity in the Power Elite: Have Women and Minorities Reached the Top? I think this book would be interesting because it focuses on women and minorities and I relate to both of those topics. Also, being able to gain more insight on such topics is really important to me because it would help me be more informed. Additionally, in primary source #5 of chapter 28 the tone of Jimmy Carter's message is conveyed to be concerned for America. Carter delivered his speech to address the nation for his concern about the prevention of the American people from moving the country forward. He further goes on to explain how there is a “crisis of confidence”
