Focus: Antazia will learn impulse control Ms. Smalls (MHP) and Ms. Givens (MHS) attend a school meeting to discuss Antazia’s behaviors.
Intervention: MHP provided support to MHS during school meeting. MHP asks questions about Antazia’s behaviors displayed towards peers and school officials. MHP provided some insight to Antazia’s behaviors. MHP asks about the start date for school based therapy. MHP contacted Mrs. Baxter (DSS worker) about completing the paperwork for therapy.
Response: Each of Antazia’s teacher explain Antazia’s behaviors in the classroom and common areas. MHS thank each teacher for their report of Antazia’a behaviors. MHP explained the issues addressed at home and working on improving Antazia’s tone of voice. The school
