Definition of anxiety
Anxiety disorders can be described as a group psychiatric or psychological disorders often linking to a problem with anxiety in a person. Anxiety itself is defined as when the emotion of worry or fear when confronting a object, event, or other such things when this worry become so great that is start to interfere with a person daily life it can be classified as anxiety disorder. These disorders can be one of the following: general anxiety, is when anxiety or worry isn’t tide to a service object or act, but rather is aimed at anything and everything in the surrounding environment. Symptoms of these attacks may include shortness of breath, or hyperventilating. Which is characterize by rapid, or deep breathing in such a fast pace that no actual oxygen is getting to your blood, casing dizziness. Panic attacks will also cause nausea, or rapid heartbeat in most cases. People affected by panic attacks may start to avoid situations like what set of the attack in the first place. As with depression, it is often a combination of many different factors which can lead to the developing of anxiety. Some researchers believe that a family history of anxiety can increases the likelihood that a person will develop it. Behavior also factors into it. People with certain personality faults like a tendency to be shy, low self-worth, and a poor ability to cope with stress are more at risk than others. Stress full events such as a family break-up, abuse, or heavy conflict at work and school.
