There have been many similarities noticed between the Gilded Age of the late 19th century and today, bringing up the question, “Are We Living in the Gilded Age 2.0?”. The Gilded Age is best defined as a period of economic growth in the U.S., showing many similarities between the period of the first Gilded Age and today. These similarities include racist and anti-immigration beliefs.
