In the eighteen and nineteen centuries with the establishment of nation states, the matter of preserving the socio-cultural practices of religious and ethnic minorities increased, in order to the increasing of protection towards the rights of the minority groups. The need for recognition and protection of minority rights under the international law began through the “minority treaties” safeguarding the rights of minorities.

In Argentina, the constitution recognizes the ethnic and cultural identities of indigenous people and it is a human right the bilingual education, the communal ownership of their ancestral lands, and allows for their participation in the management of their natural resources, indigenous communities can register with the provincial or federal government as a civic association. By promoting multiculturalism the preservation of sociocultural practices of ethnic and religious minorities would increase in an enormously way, if the human rights, the human acceptance, and human support are added to this issue a lot of the main ethnic, and religious minorities issues will decreased, in Argentina, multiculturalism is used, supporting all kinds of art or cultural expression from ethnic groups, although in another countries such as Germany, with an affirmation of the German chancellor, saying that his country attempts to build a multicultural society have
