First, there are some people who completely supports and argues that DACA program should not end because it is beneficial to U.S. economy and it will be act of inhumanity. The group of people who are in support for the program believes that the kids should not get punished for their parent’s mistakes, who came to the U.S. illegally. Deporting them will be inhumane because it was not their choice to enter the country when they brought here as minors by their parents or guardians. The article The Case for Keeping DACA by Ilya Somin, who is a Professor of Law at George Mason University supports this position by stating, “You don’t have be a philosopher or a legal theorist to realize that a seven-year-old has little choice but to go wherever her parents or guardians take her.” The reason for supporting this position is that these children did not choose to break the law by coming here, so it is unfair to deport them now. …show more content…

The article The reality of DACA, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program by Brennan Hoban supports this position because it claims that repealing the program will have negative impact in the U.S. economy that “cost of deporting these young adults would cost nearly $10 billion.” The reason for backing this position is that it will cost the United States to lose billions of dollars if the program repeal and they were being deported because these individual’s works, which means they are contributing to the economy as well as the cost of deporting
