What are the risks?
It can cause serious health risks, privacy violations, freedoms being lost, information/identity theft, and in some cases even death. The surgical procedure of implanting microchips into humans starts off by inserting the chip by an intravenous needle, in pill form then through an open wound. If not done properly, it can cause an infection. Not only an infection is prone to occur during human implication of a microchip, but they are setting themselves to future complications such as; getting cancer, nerve damage, privacy violations, freedoms being lost, information/identity theft, electrical hazards, mental disorders, and many more complications.

It wouldn’t matter if there was a list of benefits of this procedure there will still be an enormous disadvantage that will make the microchip appear to be not as secure and safe as it may be advertised. Implanting microchips expose humans to several health complications and putting their identity at risk because someone could steal all of the information on a chip, by secretly scanning it, and could clone the signal, possibly leading to criminal misuse of medical files and insurance information.
Do parents have the right to have the chips implanted in their young children? Why or why not?
There are already plenty of ways for children to be identified, from dental records such as DNA samples to fingerprinting. Putting a microchip in a child just irresponsible by the parent. Rely on other forms of identification. Plus, a good parent should know where their kids are without checking their phone or mobile device to check where their children are located. The fact that parents want to have the right to install these microchips in their children is a fact that they are unstable parents or parents without responsibility over their child.

I think that prepaid phones should be banned for users who use it for a bad purpose. There are those who still use prepaid phones for better benefits and shouldn’t be held in penalty for those who don’t want to use a prepaid phone incorrectly. If personal information isn’t required to register for a prepaid phone I believe that they should be banned to avoid people who use it the wrong way gets an advantage to put good citizen lives in danger by not giving the police the ability to track down criminals.
Suggest ways prepaid cell phones could be controlled or regulated to satisfy both the legitimate uses and law enforcement's needs.
I recommend making prepaid phones to satisfy both legitimate users and law enforcement needs by making a change in prepaid activation process by asking users for a valid ID for the phone purchase. Having customers give a valid form of ID really gives both legitimate users and law enforcement a good advantage by help phone companies have records of buyer's identities, legitimate users remain safe by giving the law enforcement the ability to track the users for many reasons, but mainly for people who commit crimes so they can become easier to track down a
