Berlinah Wallace is being prosecuted for going into her ex boyfriends house, dousing him with corrosive acid, laughing and shouting "if I can't have you, no-one can.". Mark van Dongen, the ex-boyfriend, was left in critical condition. He was left paralyzed from the neck down and lost his left leg, the sight in his left eye and most of his right eye. He soon traveled to Belgium where he died in euthanasia clinic. Wallace denies murder. According to van Dongen, Wallace had dumped boiling water on him before and she has hit herself and told him that if he left her she would tell everyone he did it.
In my opinion, Wallace must have been insane because no sane person would do this because they got jealous. Wallace should be put in a mental ward
