Being at the end of life and suffering through so much pain a lot of people in many cases have just wanted to end it all to finally be free of the pain and other things that now hold them down. But unfortunately in most places they can't do this, they have to endure the pain until they die naturally. One thing could change that all though, if we give the right to die to all people we can end pain and suffering, relieve stress, and give people a dignified death they deserve.

Most of the times when a person is near death they are going through and indescribable amount of pain that no one, no matter how strong they think they are could handle. With assisted suicide legal we can set people free of the pain. Margaret John was one person who used suicide to finally be set free from her years and years of cancer treatments

Stress is a normal thing for most people to have but it can get very bad, especially when caring for a dying family member. “When the body is stressed, muscles tense up. Muscle tension is almost a reflex reaction to stress — the body's way of guarding against injury and pain.” (APA), and having to deal with a dying family member and caring for them even if they don't want to be on this earth any longer can cause chronic stress which can lead to constant migraine headaches and pain in your joints and muscles. Stress also can affect your lungs and cardiovascular system, it can make it harder to breathe and this can be bad for people with asthma and emphysema, and according to the American Physiological Association stress can also “causes an increase in heart rate and stronger contractions of the heart muscle” and sometimes -although rare- can lead to long term heart problems. But we could prevent all this and more if the right to die and assisted suicide was offered to everyone in the United
