Have you ever been punished on any other server? If so, what for? Yes. I have hacked on some small servers. I have now quit hacking and don't do it anymore.

Feel free to include real-life experiences such as "I used to be a lifeguard" or…show more content… I accepted the deal and started off as a Helper. My job as Helper was too basically moderate chat and do support rooms, just like a Chat Mod on Clarity. It took about a week to make, I was on there to basically help the developers to make sure everything was ready for the players. After it was ready, we opened for Map 1 SOTW. We got around 800 players on. The SOTW was a great success for TheArchon but after 2 days the server started to die out and we only got around 50 players. When we got 50 players we had our first official staff meeting. I got promoted to Helper+ on that staff meeting. I had the same permissions but it meant I was doing a good job as a staff member. After 2 weeks of SOTW we only got 10 players. Nevertheless, I was still on moderating chat. On the 2nd staff meeting I got promoted to Trial-Mod. When I got promoted I was over the moon. I could finally catch hackers after 4-5 weeks of being a Chat-Mod. The server then started to rise to about 20-60 players again. On that 2nd staff meeting it had been EOTW the previous day. I waited about 2 days and then it was SOTW for Map 2. We got around 500 players on and with our anticheat broken I caught around 18 hackers. I caught many Xrayers and people trying to hide clients (such as Jigsaw). I even found Vape once in a user. After about a week of SOTW the server died to about 5 players. I did go on when there was around 7…show more content… I am a great staff member. I have played Minecraft since I was 7 and have had staff experience since I was 9 (3 years). I am a coder of Java. Java is hard and easy at the same time to learn. I am mentioning Java because you really wouldn't find a person as young as me a java coder. This says that I can easily learn something no matter my age. In my application today, I am trying to prove to people that all ages can apply for staff and get a chance. Just try your best!
Respectful: I am very respectful towards people. I sometimes am a little toxic (well it's HCF so you would expect that, But not often at all). I make sure I treat everyone how I would want to be treated. Respect is a very important part of being a staff member anywhere. Whether it's in real life, in game or just anywhere. Respect is very important because sometimes you need to be aware of other people and not just yourself.
Kindness: I am very kind because of my attitude. I have a positive attitude. I make sure that I am respecting all people the way I would like respect from them. I am very kind because I really don't like worrying things like bullying
