Later on the 19th they went to their first Slaughterhouse, they stayed for a few hours making connections with the dogs, but people started to notice that it was very confusing and unorganized, because nothing seemed to have been planned, there were no medications, no cages, no nothing waiting for them.
All of a sudden the volunteers were kicked out and as they were being pushed out Marc was sitting in a car with a wad of cash talking to someone. The volunteers were told to leave, apparently the owner did not get paid originally and he was now asking for more money (I have to wonder how Marc will claim this on his non-profit tax returns? One of the things that you learn quickly when starting and operating a 501(c)(3) organization is that you have to handle money wisely. A nonprofit is no different than any other business in that you must make ends meet. Otherwise, your charity will cease to exist.
