Marijuana the foremost illicit drug used worldwide today, yet it’s used to benefit our health. Although, a few consider marijuana a gateway drug, research has shown that it doesn’t open doors to addictive drugs such as heroin, methamphetamine, and cocaine. Therefore, why do people oppose the benefit of medical marijuana, if it’s not a gateway drug?
